Who knew that authentic online reviews could be so powerful? As business owners, do you seriously think about the reviews that your customers leave on your site? Well according to Tom Kenemore, online reviews can help to skyrocket your leads, sales and reputation.
The author asked four questions that I expected answers for at the end of the book. He asked:
- Do you want to have the best reputation in your local market?
- Do you want more leads and sales for your business without increasing your budget?
- Are negative online reviews about your business, product or service pissing you off?
- Do you want to earn the customer service awards your competition has won?
The question is, did Tom provide the reader with a doable plan to leverage their existing happy customers’ goodwill into FREE marketing?
Yes! he most certainly did. While I have not tried all of his suggestions, I believe that the author’s unconventional strategies are simple enough for any business owner to follow. I love the fact that the author uses legitimate proven strategies to drive these activities and that they are not so over the top that that you need a doctoral degree to figure out what to do. These are simple, easy to follow strategies that the average business owner can use to improve business.
I will definitely be paying closer attention to online reviews after reading this book and you should too. Business owners everywhere can learn how to leverage their client reviews with the strategies provided in Fans on Fire.
