Have you ever wished you could “unsee” some of the things that appear on your news-feed without the hassle? Well you can actually organize your friends on Facebook so you can have a much better experience when you log on. This list will allow you to filter the stories you see in your news feeds or allow you to quickly post an update just to the designated persons. So you can in fact add you boss to your friend list but he or she does not have to see everything you post. You can have lists for just about any groups, here are a few suggestions (smile):

Close Church Members
Other Church Members
Class Mates – High School
Class Mates – University
How Do You Create A Facebook Friends List?
- Scroll down to Friends on the left side of your News Feed. Hover over Friends and click More.
- Click Create List.
- Enter a name for your list and the names of friends you’d like to add. Keep in mind you can add or remove friends from your lists at any time.
- Click Create.
Smart lists are another way to organize your friends but these are automatically created and stay up-to-date based on profile information you and your friends have in common (ex: work, school, family, city).
Smart lists use the information you’ve added to the Education and Work and Current City sections of your profile. For example, if you list Fort Lauderdale as your current city, you’ll have a list with all of your friends who also list Fort Lauderdale as their current city. So Smart lists automatically update based on what your friends put on their profiles.
