4 X 4 Diet – Book Review
4 X 4 Diet
The 4 X 4 Diet is a book that anyone could use but I would say it is most suitable for beginners. Erin Oprea does a great job of breaking things down under the headings: 4 key foods; 4 minute workouts and 4 weeks to the body you want. The author discusses simple ways that all of us can live clean and lean with her 4 X 4 diet.

Practical 4 X 4 Diet
“Grabbing onto the “4” element of each discovery, I developed the 4 X 4 Diet. The combination of these four clean eating habits and four – minute workouts has been a game changer for me as well as for my clients”
This book breaks down what it means to eat clean. The author explains how four simple steps, when practiced consistently, can produce the most striking results. The easy to follow recipes and exercises add a nice touch. An added bonus is the chapter on recipe variations and substitutions. This is a great idea because Erin provides a wonderful list of alternative and healthier items to use when cooking.
If you are a newcomer to clean eating then this is a great book to start with. Even if you have started eating clean and need additional information, this book can be a great asset to you. I believe that once you know the why behind the what, it becomes a little clearer as many things fall into place.
